Education & Vocational Training Skills Training
Professional development for the people who train others. Twelve courses covering instructional design, online and virtual delivery, micro-credential design, assessment validation and moderation practice, and current VET policy — delivered to RTO staff, university teaching teams and workplace trainers.
A boundary worth stating plainly at the outset: Haibridge Institute is not a Registered Training Organisation, and nothing in this category is a trainer qualification. Preparing for TAE Study does what its name says — it prepares you to enrol in a TAE qualification with an RTO. We do not deliver or issue the TAE. The rest of the category is the practice that sits around a qualification rather than the qualification itself: how to design an assessment that measures the thing it claims to, how to run a validation session that produces a defensible record, how to teach adults who did not choose to be there.
Two courses are free — Adult Learning Principles and Mentoring VET Students & Apprentices — because a workplace supervisor mentoring an apprentice is usually doing it without training and without a budget line.

Common questions
Does Preparing for TAE Study give me the TAE?
No. It prepares you for enrolment in a TAE qualification with a Registered Training Organisation. Haibridge Institute does not deliver or issue the TAE. If you need the qualification itself, we will point you to providers who deliver it.
Can our RTO use these for trainer currency?
Yes, and it is a common use. Every completion produces a verifiable credential with CPD hours that can go straight into a trainer file. Our technical catalogue is generally more useful for industry currency than this category is.
Do you validate assessments for us as well as teach it?
Yes — that is a service rather than a course. Validation and moderation are delivered under a written agreement with your RTO, using your assessment system. Details are on the RTOs and Universities page.
Training this team?
Haibridge Institute delivers professional development and applied skills training. We are not a Registered Training Organisation, and our programs are not accredited qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework. They are designed to build practical capability alongside formal qualifications, not to replace them.
