Leadership & Professional Development Training
Technical people are promoted for technical judgement and then measured on something else entirely. Twenty-two courses cover the part nobody trained them for: leading engineers, holding a conversation they would rather avoid, defending a budget to someone who does not share their vocabulary, and carrying a team through a change they did not choose.
Everything here is written for engineering and technology contexts rather than adapted from generic management material, and the difference shows in the examples. Financial Literacy for Technical Managers is about defending infrastructure spend that produces no visible feature. Difficult Conversations in Tech assumes the conversation is with someone who is technically excellent and impossible to work with. Project Leadership Masterclass explicitly goes beyond the PMBOK because engineering projects fail on dependencies and estimates rather than on documentation.
The range runs from four-hour workshops to four-week programs, which reflects how technical managers actually buy training: an afternoon they can protect, or a structured commitment with their own manager's agreement.

Common questions
Is this different from ordinary management training?
In the examples and the assumptions, yes. The frameworks are not unique to engineering, but the situations are: on-call fatigue, technical debt as a budget argument, and the specific problem of managing people whose work you can no longer personally review.
Can these run for a whole team?
Yes, and the workshop-format courses work considerably better that way — a team that has had the same conversation together has a shared vocabulary afterwards. In-house delivery is quoted after a scoping call.
Do these carry CPD hours?
Yes. Every course in the catalogue carries CPD hours and produces a certificate with a credential ID that any employer can verify.
