Osben Oji, National Training Director
Osben Oji is National Training Director at Haibridge Institute and Principal Architect of the Harvardbridge group. He is an engineer, educator and executive with thirty years in technical education and fifteen across telecommunications, cyber security, network systems and vocational training.
He designs and directs the group's national training frameworks, addressing skills shortages in ICT, cyber security and emerging technologies. His dual standing — commercial consultancy alongside educational leadership — is the reason our programs reflect what industry needs rather than what a curriculum committee approved three years ago.
