The BRIDGE Method

The BRIDGE method

Six stages, and they map directly onto our five service lines. The method and the service catalogue are the same thing viewed two ways — which is why one framework serves a learner, an employer, and the RTO training their apprentices.

Benchmark

We assess the real capability gap against current commercial practice rather than against a syllabus. A syllabus tells you what was true when it was approved; a working engineer tells you what is true now.

Resource

Materials are built or selected against that specific gap. Nothing is included because it has always been in the course.

Instruct

Delivery is by practitioners who do the work commercially. That is the difference between studying the history of engineering and learning to weld in a workshop.

Demonstrate

The learner proves capability through applied assessment — producing the artefact, configuring the system, defending the decision.

Govern

The judgement is validated and moderated so it withstands scrutiny. This is the same discipline we sell to RTOs, applied to ourselves.

Embed

We support transfer into the workplace, then recertify as the field moves. A credential with no expiry is a claim about a field that stopped changing.

Haibridge Institute delivers professional development and applied skills training. We are not a Registered Training Organisation, and our programs are not accredited qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework. They are designed to build practical capability alongside formal qualifications, not to replace them.
