General IT & Technical Foundations Training
The groundwork everything else assumes. Eighteen courses covering cloud, Python, Linux, SQL, DevOps, virtualisation and service management — taught as the working skills they are, with enough depth to be useful on Monday rather than enough breadth to be forgotten by Friday.
This is where people without a technical background start, and where technical people fill the gap they have quietly worked around for years. It is common for a network engineer to arrive for the Python course and a systems administrator for the SQL one; neither is a beginner, both are missing a specific tool. Three courses are free — Introduction to Cloud Computing, Software Testing Basics, and IT Ethics & Professionalism — which makes this the least expensive place on the site to find out whether our teaching suits you.
Programs are developed and delivered with practitioners from Harvardbridge Communications, an Australian IT and telecommunications provider operating since 2021.

Common questions
Is the ITIL 4 course the ITIL certification?
No. It teaches ITIL 4 service management practice and produces a Haibridge certificate. The ITIL certification is awarded by its own accrediting body and sat separately. We are not affiliated with them and do not issue their credential.
I have never written code. Is the Python course realistic?
Yes. It assumes nothing and is built around automating work you already do by hand, which is both easier to learn and easier to justify to an employer than an abstract exercise.
Are the free courses cut down?
No. They are complete short courses with an assessment and a verifiable certificate. They are free permanently and exist so you can judge the instruction before paying for any of it.
